My husband was suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency hypothyroidism and bp. as we are vegetarian family could not consume non veg for recovering the vitamin B12 deficiency.
therefore started the shridhanya millet diet as per Padmashree doctor Khader Vali Lifestyle protocol. we got tremendous positive results and my husband covered form vitamin B12 deficiency ,thyroid , BP and sugar also. after that we decided that we are consuming such a type of Shridhanya millets and getting better result why should not we give to others our colleagues our relatives. Then we started handmade and homemade Ragi cookies , foxtail , cookies, nutri laddu &:offered to our relatives and official staff. they liked very much we got the inspiration from there positive response.
Meanwhile , Government declared International millet year of 2023.District and Taluka agriculture Officer of Agriculture Department Satara inspired us to start a millet Processing Unit under the scheme of pmfme(PMFormalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises) and on 30th March 2023 we started Vaidik foods in brand name of Vaidic millets at ShahuNagar , Satara. Maharashtra.
Now we are manufacturing gluten free and Maida free ready to eat millets products like Ragi cookies Cocktail cookies little millet cookies , Jawar cookies, bajara cookies, little millet, Ragi foxtail millet little millet nutri laddu which are made in organic jaggery and gaugee. as well as we are preparing the Jawar puffs Ragi murmura, Jawahar poha , Ragi Sevai, noodles etc.
